At Futurix Labs, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping, cancellation, return and replacement policies carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Information
Each order can be shipped only to a single address specified at the time of purchase. For deliveries to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation along with your tracking ID will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment status and estimated delivery date.
Visit the order tracking page and enter your Order ID to view real-time shipping updates.
Order Invoice
Every order is shipped with an invoice from Futurix Labs, sent to the email address provided during checkout.
GST Information
GST invoices are available only for B2B corporate orders. B2C customers purchasing through the Futurix Labs website are not eligible for GST invoice claims.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 working days. During sales, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take 3 or more working days.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment methods. COD availability depends on your serviceable pin code.
Customers choosing prepaid payment options may also receive exclusive offers and priority shipping benefits.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling our customer support team or through the My Account section after logging in.
Delayed Delivery
If your order is not delivered within the promised timeline, you may choose to cancel it. The full refund will be processed within 14 days.
Futurix Labs is not responsible for delays caused by banks, natural disasters, public holidays, or external circumstances.
Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded within 7–10 business days.
Return & Replacement Policy
Futurix Labs does not offer returns once a product has been delivered and opened by the customer.
Refunds are processed only on Fridays. Requests submitted during the week will be completed on the next refund cycle.
Technical Issues & Replacements
- Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product will undergo inspection before replacement approval.
- If no issue is found, the same unit will be returned to the customer.
- Warranty replacements may be fulfilled with an equivalent-condition unit after testing.
- If the original variant is unavailable, an alternate product of similar value may be offered.
- The original warranty period remains unchanged.
If the product is found non-defective, a refund may be processed after deducting ₹50 handling charges.
Damaged, Wrong or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or has missing accessories, please report it within 24 business hours of delivery.
Snapmint Orders
Refunds for Snapmint purchases will be credited back to the original payment source account.
Important Notes
Tampered Packaging
If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and notify us immediately.
Wrong Product Received
A product will only be considered incorrect if it is entirely different from the item ordered. No refunds or replacements will be issued for personal preferences, minor color variations, appearance differences, or perceived sound quality variations in defect-free products.
